Serena Dolinsky, Evelyn Rudie, Garett Stevens and More Set for Santa Monica Playhouse’s The Fools
Santa Monica Playhouse is set to present The Fools, Evelyn Rudie’s adaptation of Moliere’s Les Facheux, August 4-September 30. Co-artistic director Chris DeCarlo will direct.
The Fools explores such human foibles as hypocrisy, selfishness, jealousy, vanity, and arrogance through the eyes of 17th century France and the antics of archetypical Commedia dell’arte humor.
The cast will feature Serena Dolinsky, Evelyn Rudie, Garett Stevens, Alison Blanchard, Zack Medway, and Chris DeCarlo.
The design team will include Ashley Hayes (costume design) and James Cooper (set and lighting design).
