O'Donnell, who will play an old high school friend of Drescher's character, has appeared on Broadway in Grease and Fiddler on the Roof and produced the musical Taboo. She is currently the host of The Rosie Show on OWN, and previously co-hosted ABC's The View and the syndicated Rosie O'Donnell Show.

EW also reports that film star Dan Aykroyd will also be appearing in an upcoming episode.
