Pilar Millhollen, Eric Santagata to Lead Cast of Engeman’s Crazy for You

Casting has been announced for the musical Crazy for You, to be presented at the John W. Engeman Theater on Long Island, June 25-August 16, with an opening set for June 27. Alan Souza will direct, with musical direction by Donny Jones.

The show — which features the songs of George and Ira Gershwin and a book by Ken Ludwig — is an artfully constructed tale of boy meets girl in the Wild West. The production will feature Vic DiMonda’s replication of Susan Stroman’s original choreography for the Broadway production.

The cast will be led by Eric Santagata as Bobby Child and Pilar Millhollen as Polly Baker, along with Brian Gonzales (Bela Zangler) and Michael Sample (Lank). The cast will also feature John Cormier, Laurie DiFilippo, Rebecca Fale-Chiu, Brody Hessin, David Houston, Danielle Kelsey, Amanda Kloots-Larsen, Beau Landry, Chris LeBeau, Erika Odegard, Jessica Pierson, Nicky Romaniello, Richard Rowan, Joan St. Onge, and Shaver Tillit. The design team will include Michael Bottari and Ronald Case (set and costumes), Martin E. Vreeland (lighting), and Katherine Miller (sound).
