Cattrall will play Cleopatra (which she played in Liverpool in 2010) to Pennington's Antony. They will be joined by Ian Hogg as Enobarbus, Martin Hutson as Octavius, as well as Jack Bannell, Terry Doe, Ruth Everett, Chris Garner, Mark Gillis, Simon Hepworth, Martin Herdman, Oliver Hoare, Harmage Singh Kalirai, Aïcha Kossoko, Pepter Lunkuse, Cornelius Macarthy, Offue Okegbe, Barnaby Sax, Ken Shorter, and Mark Sutherland.
