Keith Johnstone's Lifegame to Be Staged by Improbable at Lyric Hammersmith

By Dan Bacalzo • Jun 2, 2010 • London
The theater company Improbable will present Keith Johnstone's Lifegame at the Lyric Hammersmith, July 7-17.

The piece is described as "part chat show, part improv show," in which each night, a different mystery guest is interviewed about their life: their loves, regrets, fantasies and dreams. Improbable transform their stories, there and then, into theater.

Improbable was founded in 1996 by Phelim McDermott, Julian Crouch, Lee Simpson and producer Nick Sweeting. The company's previous works also include 70 Hill Lane, Animo, Cinderella, Coma, Spirit, Sticky, The Hanging Man, Theatre of Blood, Stars are Out Tonight, The Wolves in the Walls, Satyagraha and Panic.
