Alfie Boe, Nick Jonas, Norm Lewis, Lea Salonga, et al. Set for 25th Anniversary Les Miserables Concert

Principal casting has been announced for a one-night-only 25th anniversary concert of Les Miserables, to be held at London’s O2 arena on October 3 at 7pm. Laurence Connor and James Powell will direct the event.

The company for the event, celebrating the 25th anniversary of the musical, will feature Alfie Boe (Jean Valjean), Nick Jonas (Marius), Norm Lewis (Javert), Matt Lucas (Thenardier), Lea Salonga (Fantine), Jenny Galloway (Madame Thenardier), and Camilla Kerslake (Cosette), along with a company of 300 which will be comprised of members of the casts of the production currently running at the Queen’s Theatre and the New 25th Anniversary Production which is touring the U.K. and will play the Barbican in London this fall, as well as members from the original 1985 London cast.

The creative team for the concert will include Andreane Neofitou (original costumes), Christine Rowland (additional costumes), Patrick Woodroffe and Paule Constable (lighting design) and Mick Potter (sound design).
