Casting has been announced for Oliver Cotton’s Wet Weather Cover, to run January 20 – February 21 at the King’s Head Theatre. Kate Fahy will direct the production.

The play focuses on two actors — one British and one American — who find themselves trapped in a leaking trailer while on location in Spain shooting a movie. The company features Michael Brandon, Steve Furst, and Pepe Balderrama.

The creative team will include Tanya McCallin (production design), Emma Chapman (lighting design), and Tim Middleton (sound design).

Brandon received an Olivier Award nomination for his turn in the title role of Jerry Springer – The Opera. He may be best known for his portrayal of the title character on television’s Dempsey. Furst is a comedy actor who has appeared regularly on the TV comedy series Little Britain and will be seen in the forthcoming film St Trinian’s 2.
