Alan Cumming, Andrew Lippa, Kirsten Wyatt Set for Goodspeed Gala Honoring Kristin Chenoweth

Tony Award winner Alan Cumming will be on hand for The Goodspeed Musicals Gala on Saturday, August 11 and will accept fellow Tony winnr Kristin Chenoweth's Award for Outstanding Contribution to Musical Theatre in her place, as the actress is still recovering from the injuries she sustained last month on the set of CBS' The Good Wife.

The event will also include a Special Tribute Performance to Chenoweth by composer Andrew Lippa, who will be joined by Goodspeed alums Kirsten Wyatt and Khris Lewin.

The gala will also honor the Hoffman Auto Group with the very first Goodspeed Musicals Arts & Business Partnership Award..

Proceeds from the Gala will support Goodspeed Musicals' Education Programs through The Max Showalter Center for Education in Musical Theatre.
