Signature Theatre’s Chess Extends Through October 3

The Signature Theatre Company’s production of Chess will now run through October 3, with tickets for the extension go on sale on September 7.

Eric Schaeffer has directed the production, which features music direction and new orchestrations by David Holcenberg and choreography by Karma Camp. The show features music by Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson, lyrics by Tim Rice, and book by Richard Nelson.

The show stars Jill Paice(Florence), Euan Morton‘ (Anatoly), Jeremy Kushnier (Freddie), Eleasha Gamble (Svetlana), Christopher Bloch (Molokov), Russell Sunday (Walter) and Chris Sizemore (Arbiter), along with ensemble members Jonathan Atkinson, Jamie Eacker, James Gardiner, Gregory Maheu, Katie McManus, Christopher Mueller, Bayla Whitten, and Rachel Zampelli.

The creative team includes Daniel Conway (scenic design), Chris Lee (lighting design), Kathleen Geldard (costume design), Matt Rowe (sound design) and Aaron Fisher (projection design).
