Theater Wit to Present the Haiku Hootenanny

Theater Wit will present the Haiku Hootenanny benefit event, May 21 at 7pm.

The Haiku Hootenanny will pair poems written by well-known artists and celebrities will be auctioned along with items such as restaurant gift certificates, hotel stays, original art, and more.

The evening will also feature bluegrass music, on-the-spot personalized Haikus by founding director at The Neo-Futurists Greg Allen, and the return of Theatrical Disaster Standup, featuring members of Chicago’s performance community recounting their true stories of on-stage mishaps and disasters.
