Tedra Millan, last seen onstage in Sarah DeLappe's The Wolves, will make her Broadway debut this spring opposite Kevin Kline in Noël Coward's Present Laughter. Sources tell TheaterMania that Millan will take on the role of Daphne Stillington opposite Kline's Garry Essendine. Representatives for the production, which begins previews March 10 at the St. James Theatre, had no comment.

The principal cast will also include Cobie Smulders as Joanna Lyppiatt, Kristine Nielsen as Monica Reed, and Kate Burton as Liz Essendine. Further casting is still to be announced. Hand to God Tony nominee Moritz von Steulpnagel directs the show, which officially opens April 5. Millan also played the role in a 2009 production at Hubbard Hall in Cambridge, New York.

Present Laughter is produced by Jordan Roth, Jujamcyn Theaters, Spencer Ross, A.C. Orange International, Eric Falkenstein, Grove Entertainment, Bruce Robert Harris and Jack W. Batman, Stephanie McClelland, Harbor Entertainment, and Daryl Roth.

Full casting will be announced in the coming weeks.
