At the show’s afterparty, filmdom’s Cameron Diaz (second from right), who voiced Princess Fiona in the movie, joined the show’s leads: Brian d’Arcy James (Shrek), Sutton Foster (Fiona), and Daniel Breaker (Donkey).

Ben Stiller — who co-starred with Diaz in the hit comedy There’s Something About Mary — was among the opening night guests.
Many of the starring cast from ABC’s Ugly Betty attended the opening, including leading lady America Ferrera.
