Full casting has been announced for the Broadway production of Ghost the Musical, to play the Lunt-Fontanne Theatre beginning March 15, with an opening set for April 23. Matthew Warchus will direct, with choreography by Ashley Wallen.

Based on the hit film of the same name, the show features music and lyrics by Dave Stewart and Glen Ballard, and a book by Bruce Joel Rubin. Set in modern day New York City, the musical tells the story of a man who is trapped as a ghost between this world and the next and who is trying to communicate with his girlfriend through a phony psychic in the hope of saving her from his murderer. The score includes the iconic song “Unchained Melody,” famously performed in the film by The Righteous Brothers.

As previously reported, the production will star Richard Fleeshman (Sam Wheat) and Caissie Levy (Molly Jensen), who are reprising their roles from the original London production, along with Da’Vine Joy Randolph (Oda Mae Brown) and Bryce Pinkham (Carl Bruner).

The cast will also feature Tyler McGee, Lance Roberts, Moya Angela, Jason Babinsky, Michael Balderrama, James Brown III, Stephen Carrasco, Jeremy Davis, Sharona D’Ornellas, Josh Franklin, Albert Guerzon, Afra Hines, Carly Hughes, Karen Hyland, Alison Luff, Vasthy Mompoint, Jennifer Noble, Joe Aaron Reid, Constantine Rousouli, Jennifer Sanchez, Daniel Watts, and Jesse Wildman.

The production will feature set and costume designs by Rob Howell, musical supervision and arrangements by Christopher Nightingale, music direction by David Holcenberg, illusions by Paul Kieve, lighting design by Hugh Vanstone, sound design by Bobby Aitken, and projection design by Jon Driscoll.
