Will LeBow, Karen McDonald, Omar Robinson et al. Set for Lyric Stage’s Superior Donuts

The Lyric Stage Company of Boston has announced casting for its production of Tracy Letts’ Superior Donuts, to be presented January 6 – February 4, 2012. Spiro Veloudos will direct.

Set in a shabby Chicago neighborhood, the play centers on a downtrodden donut shop owner who hires a street-savvy aspiring young writer with hustle and bright ideas.

The cast will include Steven Barkhimer, Steven James Demarco, Zachary Eisenstat, Beth Gotha, De’Lon Grant, Will LeBow, Karen MacDonald, Omar Robinson, and Christopher James Webb.

The production will feature scenic design by Matthew Whiton, costume design by Mallory Frers, lighting design by Shawn Boyle, and sound design by Arshan Gailus.
