About the Show
This summer, the Birch Creek Symphony Orchestra presents classical repertoire which includes Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake Ballet, Rachmaninov's Piano Concerto No. 2 in C minor, and Weber's Der Freischütz Overture.
The Orchestra’s world-class musicians are Symphony faculty members who, when not performing and teaching at Birch Creek, play in the great orchestras and concert halls of Chicago, New York, throughout the US, Europe and Latin America. Symphony Session students play alongside the professional faculty musicians each night, as well as perform pre-concert chamber music.
