Event is rain or shine; all sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.

Outside food and drink is NOT permitted at this event. There will be an on-site bar and food trucks – photo ID for age verification is required for any alcohol purchases.

Smoking is prohibited, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes or any other vaping devices.

Aisles must be kept clear at all times. You must remain in the section for which you purchased a ticket.

Pets are not allowed.

The use of scooters and skateboards is prohibited throughout the premises, including but not limited to the ADA access ramp, the entry plaza, and the terrace.

The Levitt Pavilion is an outdoor amphitheater with a sloped lawn. Please wear appropriate footwear to safely enjoy the experience.

For this event (and all paid-ticket events), in the event of rain, umbrellas are not permitted. Rock your rain ponchos.

Patrons are asked to self-screen for any of the CDC’s recognized COVID-19 symptoms and refrain from attending if necessary.

*All sales are final. No refunds will be given unless a performance is cancelled in its entirety, with no replacement performance scheduled. Performances take place in all-weather, including rain or shine. Patrons should dress for the elements. In the unlikely event that a performance is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, Levitt Pavilion will notify ticket buyers by email and post an alert on the event page. The Levitt Pavilion is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization; under these circumstances, if it is possible for patrons to consider converting the value of the ticket into a donation, the Levitt Pavilion will generate a receipt for a charitable contribution.
