About This Show

Hamlet X is a Malcolm X inspired exploration of Shakespeare’s famous play. Instead of Denmark, this production is set in “The Nation,” a fictional world inspired by the Nation of Islam, the true Islam, and the separatist utopia envisioned by Malcolm X during the middle stage of his life.
