Forbidden Xmas

Half-cabaret, half-stage musical, Forbidden Xmas has delighted audiences around the Northwest for more than 15 years with its irreverent revue of Seattle’s hometown holiday quirks. This production features brand new material created especially for 2006, for The Empty Space, and for the theatre’s new neighborhood on Capitol Hill. Writer/Director Richard Gray has had his work staged at numerous Seattle theatres, including Seattle Children’s Theatre, Village Theatre, Cabaret de Paris, as well as The Empty Space. Gray was recently nominated for the first annual Fred Ebb Award, recognizing excellence in musical theater songwriting.
