In Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright David Mamet’s powerful drama Cryptogram, a young boy can’t sleep. Tomorrow is the big father-son camping trip, but it’s late and his dad still hasn’t returned home. The other adults seem to know something he doesn’t, but the things they’re saying don’t seem to be what they’re really talking about. Cryptogram is a taut, tension-filled dive into the coded language at the heart of families.
