Does that creepy smile look familiar? If you’re a Batman fan, you’d know that face anywhere. Based on a Victor Hugo novel, this sad, horrific and swashbuckling film is a great way to start off your Halloween.

Join composer Ben Model and film historian and preservationist Bruce Lawton as they serve as your personal tour guides in the world of silent film. Bruce will give silent film history and information about the movies, and Ben improvises a live score on the piano while the movies play. Movies are special 16mm editions.
