Acclaimed lesbian performance artist Holly Hughes returns to DC with this engaging tour of the dark side of democracy. As one of the NEA Four, Hughes successfully sued the U.S. Government for pulling her funding because of the alleged indecency of her work. Then in 1998, the Supreme Court ruled against the artists.
