Wayside Theatre presents God’s Man In Texas, by David Rambo.

Faith and egos collide in the age of mass-market religion at Houston’s Rock Baptist Church otherwise known as The Baptist Super Bowl. In an entertaining and rousing evening of theatre we witness the changing of the guard between old and new as a retiring pastor of the flock prepares to usher in a new leader for his empire only to discover there is more than enough spirit in all of their spirituality. The play is both hilariously comic and deeply moving.
