About the Show
When Gerardo, the head of a South American commission investigating the crimes of the old regime, brings home a seemingly good-natured doctor, his wife Paulina believes the visitor to be the man who interrogated and tortured her in prison. When she plots her own method of revenge, a fiery debate between the virtues of retribution and reconciliation unfolds in Ariel Dorfman’s drama Death and the Maiden.
