About the Show
A Christmas Memory is based on a short story by Truman Capote. This theatrical reading is a recollection of a beloved childhood friendship and Southern Christmas traditions, directed by Jeffrey Schmidt and narrated by Jerry Haynes. The show will feature a curtain-raiser, “Christmas with Paul Crume,” highlighting 3 of the late Dallas Morning News columnist’s beloved Christmas columns. All 12 performances will take place in Theatre Too!, Theatre Three’s downstairs basement space.
