New moving and immersive opera titled Alien Wanderers : Alien World : Alien Home by composer Nathan Felix featuring soprano soloist Katrina Saporsantos. Specifically written and inspired by the exhibition “Medieval Monsters: Terrors, Aliens, Wonders.” Themes revolve around reappropriation and being considered an illegal alien.
Follow opera singers as they move within the gallery and amongst museumgoers to create an immersive, surround-sound experience at the Blanton.
