Glory Denied tells the harrowing and heroic story of  Jim Thompson, the longest held prisoner of war in US history. Cipullo’s haunting score evokes his sacrifice and salutes all who have served. Active duty Sergeant Ben Edquist stars

Following the 85-minute production, FLO will host a panel discussion featuring the composer Tom Cipullo, FLO Artistic Director Stephanie Havey, Veteran’s Outreach Center staff, and more.

The performance is presented in English with projected English supertitles. The pre-show announcements, as well as the panel discussion after the performance, will be ASL interpreted. 


A note regarding accessibility for patrons with mobility restrictions:

RIT/NTID's Panara Theatre features stadium seating which provides fantastic sightlines, but requires the navigation of one or more steps to access Rows A-C or E-O. Wheelchair accessible & Companion seats are available in Row D – blue seats (easily accessed from the main lobby) and in Row O (easily accessed by the NTID elevator).
