Philadelphia Live Arts Festival and the Philly Fringe

The Philadelphia Fringe Festival is now known as Philadelphia Live Arts Festival and the Philly Fringe. This year’s program featurse 6 spotlight artists: 33 Fainting Spells, Headlong Dance Theater, Akira Kasai, Richard Maxwell and the New York City Players, New Paradise Laboratories, Pig Iron Theatre company, Headlong Dance Theater, and Shen Wei Dance Arts.
