About the Show

The Professional Theatre Training Program and the Resident Ensemble Players Present Of Mice and Men by John Steinbeck. Two displaced migrant workers, George and Lennie, drift across the Depression-era west to try to "work up a stake" in hopes of attaining their shared dream of settling down on their own piece of land. But after they come to work on a California ranch, their hopes begin to go tragically awry. Steinbeck’s powerful, enduring tale of commitment, loneliness, hope, and loss remains one of the most moving and popular works in the American Theatre.
