Generating: A Storytelling & Wine Tasting Happening

Edgy, often hilarious, incredible but true – urban storytelling is gaining momentum nationwide. Be drawn in to this intimate after-work happening where Philadelphians hold sway with moving, often humorous stories that changed their lives. Catch the power of their singular stories and be reminded of your own. Sitting alongside Serrano’s glowing fireplace, you will be spellbound by the Generating tellers as they weave their true yarns. In between the curated stories, you can sample wines ($5 flights) showcased by Vine Street Imports, enjoy drinks, appetizers or even dinner from Serrano’s International comfort food menu. Generating storytellers hail from all over Philadelphia: from chefs to artists, activists, journalists, your neighbors. Try to guess who will take the stand! Admission and wine sampling proceeds benefit Gas & Electric Arts. Dining is optional. Seating begins one hour prior to curtain.
