Adapted for all experience, fitness, and wellness levels. Explore the fundamentals of yoga to calm the mind while improving flexibility, balance, and core strength. Begin with yoga breathing techniques and movements to warm muscles and joints, followed by basic yoga postures. End with a guided deep relaxation to feel refreshed and energized. Instructor is a certified yoga teacher.
