THE MOVEMENT

Believing themselves to be revolutionary leaders, Ethan & Gigi attempt to heal the nation through the power of theatre…by doing the first good 9/11. Marx, Malcolm, Mao…BORING! Ethan (he/they, queer, white – sorry) and Gigi (any pronouns, Asian, queer who only dates white men, poor) are committed to making the revolution irresistible. Weaving together themes of queerness, racial identity, and class, THE MOVEMENT asks: “in our fervor to remember, what do we forget?” (citation).
