Sam Waymon, the brother of the late Nina Simone, brings artistic virtuosity and a vision of promoting the best of original American music, namely rhythm & blues and jazz. His influences run the gamut of musical tastes from Marvin Gaye to Stevie Ray Vaughn and from Ray Charles to Bob Dylan, but his is a style and sound that is truly unique.
