About the Show

Mary Jane Hansen’s American Soup is a new musical illuminating the American experience that played to standing ovations in Sweden. Featuring the popular songs of the 60s to the new millennium, it features a live rock band and the art of Andy Warhol. The musical tells the stories of an Italian-American family as they live through the Viet Nam War, the first moon landing, civil rights unrest, women’s liberation, and other joys and sorrows.

Recommended for ages 11 and older.
