About the Show
Zack is the half-witted son of a wedding purveyor whose good heart and cheerfulness are a far greater asset than his brother’s crafty greed. This charming story tells in the most amusing fashion how Zack eventually wins self-respect and his bride.
Zack is performed in The Actors Company Theater’s Concert Performance form, which allows the company to re-focus the emphasis of the drama away from spectacle and production values and back to the words and the actor, which, to the company, is theater in its purest form.
