The Magic Flute

The Opera Company of Brooklyn joins with virtual orchestra technology pioneer Realtime Music Solutions and City Tech’s nationally unique Entertainment Technology Program to create a hi-tech production of Mozart’s The Magic Flute. Mozart’s sublime fantasy, in Enrique Abdala’s futuristic production featuring scenic designs by Donna Cheng and lighting designs by Kasey Walker, is sung in German with English dialogue, with program students and faculty helping to provide the virtual orchestration and other technical support for the production.
