Theatre + Dance Party + Veg Soul Food + Outdoor Patio = Spring Fire!

Spring Fire! is a sneak peek at the work of Freedom Train Productions’ 2009 Resident Playwrights: Ayanna Maia, Derek Lee McPhatter, and Patricia Ione Lloyd.

At 730pm, following the performances will be a benefit party and dinner at the nearby veg soul food restaurant: Red Bamboo (271 Adelphi Street). Daughter/father duo Chaney Sims and Bill Sims, Jr will perform an acoustic set exploring Blues and American roots music. DJ Ang will be on the 1s and 2s spinning hip hop and classic soul!
