Scott Blakeman: Laughs from the Left

Scott Blakeman, acclaimed as “The top political comedian working in New York today” (NBC), hosts liberal doses of political humor, featuring performances by Blakeman as well as Dean Obeidallah, a Palestinian-American comedian who tours with Blakeman in the show Standup for Peace. Also featured is Barry Weintraub, editor of “Headline Schmooze”, a daily political humor email, BBC documentary host, and former San Francisco talk-radio personality, as well as a political humor roundtable, with Scott, Dean and Barry, plus special guests from the arts and media. And technology permitting, a live broadcast of major moments from that night’s Democratic Convention will be shown.
