Requiem For the Living: The Music of Dan Forrest

DCINY proudly presents a concert of works by visiting composer Dan Forrest. Requiem for the Living is a lush five-movement exploration of life, love, loss, and renewal, for orchestra and choir. The work will be performed by the Distinguished Concerts Orchestra and Distinguished Concerts Singers International, led by Associate Artistic Director and Conductor, Dr. James M. Meaders. The rest of the all-Forrest program will be conducted by Jo-Michael Scheibe of USC Thornton School of Music.
