About This Show

“One Voice Festival: Tales from the Quay” directed by Paul Walsh, and produced by the Wexford Arts Center, in association with Paul Walsh Productions. In this unique festival of stories inspired by Wexford’s love affair with its storied quay and St. George’s Channel separating Ireland and Wales, the show, which was captured live in August, features a selection of specially-created monologues written and delivered by some of Wexford’s best-known artists. Plays by Phil Lyons (performed by Phil Lyons); Eoghan Rua Finn (performed by Jeannette Sidney Kelly); Michelle Dooley Mahon (author of “The Scourge” which was part of 1st Irish 2020, performed by John Crosbie); Paul Walsh (performed by Imelda McDonagh); Carol Long (performed by Mairead Ryan); Heather Hadrill (performed by Stephen Byrne); Jack Matthews (performed by Danielle Fortune); and Thomas O’Leary (performed by Andy Doyle).
