Oliver!

Harbor Lights brings to life the beloved novel by Charles Dickens — the tale of an orphan who dared ask for more. With a score filled with hits such as "Consider Yourself," "As Long as He Needs Me," "I’d Do Anything," and "You’ve Got to Pick a Pocket or Two," Oliver! stars a cast of Broadway veterans (soon to be announced) and Staten Island’s finest local talent. The production will be directed by Broadway’s Ray Roderick, (Nutty Professor; The Music Man; Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) who helmed Harbor Lights’ landmark 2011 production of The Music Man. New York Times reporter Anita Gates recently cheered Mr. Roderick for conceiving, writing, and directing ‘S Wonderful: The New Gershwin Musical; and Broadwayworld.com called his work on the musical adaptation of the 1968 film Chitty Chitty Bang Bang " truly scrumptious.’ Local auditions for children will be announced soon.
