About This Show

Warsaw follows Roman, a young Jewish man, who is trapped inside the Warsaw ghetto, separated from his fiancee, Ana, a Polish Catholic. With a richly harmonic and soaring score, we watch their struggle to reunite against overwhelming odds as Roman joins a small group of fighters who struggle for freedom and dignity. Warsaw is based on true events during World War II and honors the memory of the Ghetto fighters’ struggle.

Warsaw is presented as part
of the 2007 New York Musical Theatre Festival.
