Tune Up, Faulty Piston! is an exploration that challenges ones ability to maintain individuality in an increasingly automated world. Set in the not too distant future, Faulty Piston is a man who works in a baby factory with his wife. Constantly distracted and out-of-synch, he escapes from this overly-efficient world by dreaming. In these dreams noise becomes music, grey becomes color and a seemingly faulty guy can be a hero. But this escape does not come without heavy warning, for a machine is only as efficient as its weakest cog. “Tune up or get out” is the ultimatum as Faulty Piston’s dreams and reality start to bleed.
Will Faulty Piston fight back? Has human error found its hero?
