About This Show

Transposition is performed by the Ishara Puppet Theatre from India, directed by Dadi Pudumjee, and based on the Indian story from the Vetalpanchvinasati, as interpreted by Rashna Imhasly Gandhy through her book, “The Psychology of Love.” This visual performance piece deals with the illusions of love and life, above all the important factor of universal peace in these troubled times. The show has large puppet figures played by dancers and combines puppetry, a dramatic musical score and digital projections.
