The Sandman

Target Margin Theatre presents The Sandman, Thomas Cabaniss’ new opera based on E.T.A. Hoffmann’s beloved 19th-century tale. The story focuses on a young man whose sanity erodes and whose relationship with his fiance is threatened by his constant, perhaps deluded, childhood fears about the Sandman, a mysterious figure he believes is responsible for his father’s death.
