The Parent Teacher Conference Plays

Electric Pear takes you back to school this September… Three of the brightest lights in American drama – Ann Marie Healy, Clay McLeod Chapman and Zayd Dohrn – will take us inside actual classrooms for a trip down memory lane… to a time when backpacks, hall passes, and spelling tests ruled the world. These 15 minute plays, directed by Kerry Whigham, Francesca Arkus, and Chapman, each give a unique and numerous take on the meeting that brought fear and anxiety to students, parents and teachers. The audience will be divided into two groups to see each of the plays. Group A and Group B will see all three shows, but in a different order.
