The Maids

Dryden Road Productions presents Jean Genet’s The Maids. Based on the true story of the Papin sisters, this play tells the horrifying story of two infamous French maids who murder their mistress. The tale explores what happens when we confuse the worlds of fantasy and reality, of love and hate, while being performed the way some think Genet intended–with an all-male cast. Sam Gold directs.
