About the Show
The Freaks in the Box Variety Cabaret Show is a satiric look into the dirty minds of two ex-clowns. Part Cabaret, part clown and largely improvisation, the Cabaret Spectacular is an ode to and a satire of all things performed. Every night is different as the two freaks follow their impulses and audience on an unknown ride accompanied by vampire fangs, a couple of microphones and original music. Jonathan Taylor and Voki Kalfayan have performed around the world for over 10 years. From Japan to Australia to Europea to Singapore to Las Vagas and New York. From the circus ring to the street to bars and burlesques. From Blue Man Group to Cirque du Soliel. After quitting their jobs at the above mentioned entertainment moguls, Jonathan and Voki lock themselves in a one room apartment for a week. Packed with costumes, wigs, video cameras, and some ideas from their past, they create a brand new show.
