The Food Project

The Food Project is a multimedia performance about Americans and the food we eat. Part documentary, part fiction, this piece is a celebration of the beauty and sensuality of food, and at the same time examines our ability to really savor it. Emmy Award-winning documentary filmmaker Nicole Betancourt teams with projection designer C. Andrew Bauer to design pre-recorded content and a system of live-feed cameras.
