About the Show
The Women’s Project & Productions 1999-2000 season continues their Women’s History Month with SWEET MOTIONS/MEAN MOMENTS. This presentation of twelve short plays examines defining moments in the lives of celebrated, notorious and fictional women. Included in the program will be Amelia Earhart, Madame Mao and Anne Sexton, adaptations of Love, Loss and What I Wore, Donna Tartt’s The Secret History and a play by P.J. Gibson. The show is part of their ongoing Director’s Forum, which provides opportunities for emerging theatrical directors.
