About This Show

FindKind Productions presents Sometimes You Gotta Let the People Know II, a satirical, fast-paced, “tell-it-like-it-is” dramedy set in New York City. Written and conceived by Traci Lynne Kindell and Dudley Findlay, Jr., the play reflects upon issues affecting all people of color in today’s society. The show is comprised of four sections which include: “Politically Correct Racism” which unmasks the many oppressive faces of racism; “Radio and Television Influences” which holds a microscope to the media revealing hilarious images and sterotypes; “Out of the Mouths of Babes” which gives a youth’s eye view of the struggles youth face on a daily basis from sexuality to education; and “The Destiny Series” which examines an elderly couple who love one another by fussing and a successful businesswoman in a compromising position.
